Text Box: MEDIA ADVISORY ANGLE TO ADDRESS CARSON CITY KIWANIS ON BALLOT INITIATIVES Nevada State Assemblywoman Sharron Angle, a strong advocate for lower taxes and less government, will speak to the members of the Carson City Kiwanis Club regarding the Angle Property Tax Initiative, a statewide ballot initiative to restrain property taxes widely referred to as the Nevada-style Prop 13.
